I'm giving some english lessons absolutely benevolently to old persons and for tomorrow afternoon, they ask me if I can give them the words (text) of the Beatles's song "Yesterday" (of course, they want also the music and I'm asking everybody if they can lend me it!). Have you this text (and perhaps the exact translation ?). The text is the most important of course ! Thanks. Bibi's Reply: You can acquire the music and the words by using the search engines to find websites which provide these. Just type in Beatles + yesterday lyrics. Hello, Bibi, The link here leads to the very sad story of my daughter who committed suicide. I illustrated my page with a song by Paul McCartney: She's Leaving Home. The English lyrics are linked on my page, but I am not able to correctly translate into French. Some sentences remain obscure to me although I perceive the message.
